Option 1: Screening 3D Mammogram with AI

Why R.E.M.S Echolight?

No radiation, unlike traditional DEXA scans
Measures bone quality, not just bone density
Many patients diagnosed with "osteoporosis" based on bone density are petite with normal bone quality (not porous bone) and may not need to be on osteoporosis medication
Reproducible from facility to facility, unlike Xray DEXA
Built-in validity check for greater accuracy
Handheld ultrasound is easier to track the lumbar spine in curved spine
Available from age 20 onwards (helps premenopausal/perimenopausal women be proactive earlier)

Option 3: Screening Bilateral 3D Automated
Breast Ultrasound (ABUS)

Only for asymptomatic patients who need supplemental screening for dense breasts (not available for patients with lump, pain, nipple discharge, or mass follow-up). If there are positive findings on this screening ABUS exam, the radiologist will recommend a separate diagnostic 2D handheld ultrasound exam that can be used for additional problem solving with color Doppler, elastography, and radiologist hand-held ultrasound scanning.

Option 5: Non-breast Whole Body Screening Ultrasound Package (Excludes Breast)

Includes 6 ultrasound exams: R.E.M.S Echolight bone density, thyroid, complete abdomen, pelvis, carotid with CIMT, and abdominal aorta.

Carotid and aortic ultrasound serve as an indirect assessment of cardiovascular health.

Abdomen evaluates the liver, gallbladder, bile ducts, spleen, kidneys, and pancreas. Female pelvis evaluates the uterus, ovaries, and urinary bladder; male pelvis can include a transrectal prostate ultrasound exam.

If you have breast symptoms (lump, pain, or nipple discharge), a diagnostic breast ultrasound with a physician's order will be needed on a separate appointment — this package covers everything else.

Please plan for a 1.5-hour appointment block. Same-day results are provided.

Option 6: Whole Body Screening Ultrasound Package (Includes Breast)

The whole body ultrasound packages are offered as elective, self-pay wellness screening exams. They're designed for asymptomatic patients who want a proactive look at multiple organ systems, and no referring provider's order is required to schedule. We do, however, recommend having a clinician to follow up on results for continuity of care — if you don't currently have one, our team can help you find a path to establish care before or shortly after your visit.

Unlike whole-body non-contrast MRI exams offered at other facilities, ultrasound can evaluate blood flow information, use elastography to assess stiffness, and problem-solve findings along the way with same-day results with a radiologist.

We offer payment plans with 0% APR options through Cherry and CareCredit, so you can spread the cost of your package over time. We can accept HSA/FSA.

Payment is required at the time of booking.

An itemized receipt listing exam names, dates, and amount paid is available on request. We are unable to provide superbills with CPT or ICD-10 codes, and these packages do not use insurance benefits.

Packages must be purchased between September and December, with appointments completed by December 23, 2026 — our office will be closed December 24–31.

For the whole body ultrasound packages, which block appointment time on our schedule: cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are refunded, minus a 3% non-refundable card processing fee; cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee; no-shows forfeit the full payment.
