URPrecious Imaging is a premier breast and body imaging center in Chandler, AZ, offering advanced screening and diagnostic care with a focus on early detection, comfort, and personalized service. Our mission is to help women with dense breasts, breast implants, family history of breast cancer, personal history of breast cancer, frequent lumps, breast pain, multiple masses or cysts, women undergoing surveillance for known breast cancer, and women without traditional health insurance who need access to life-saving breast imaging at an affordable cost.

Our advanced imaging services include low-radiation digital mammography and 3D mammography (tomosynthesis), designed with patient-directed compression for improved comfort, as well as contrast-enhanced mammography (CEM), which uses an iodine-based contrast agent to highlight abnormal blood flow and improve detection, particularly in dense breast tissue or inconclusive cases. We incorporate AI-assisted technology to enhance accuracy and support a more precise, patient-centered experience. We also offer automated 3D whole-breast ultrasound using the FDA-approved GE Invenia ABUS system with AI-assisted detection, along with diagnostic 2D ultrasound featuring color Doppler and shear wave elastography. In addition to breast imaging, we provide body ultrasound for evaluation of various organs and soft tissues, as well as REMS EchoLight bone density ultrasound, a radiation-free solution for assessing bone health and osteoporosis with immediate results. We also offer customizable whole-body imaging packages for comprehensive, preventive health evaluation.
